Return Policy:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your Studio Pandora purchase. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, simply contact Studio Pandora at our store number 406-549-5100 within 30 days of receipt for exchange or refund of purchase price, shipping charges are non-refundable. The item you are returning must be in new condition and not worn. Please mail it back to us in its original packaging, insured and include your reason for the return. We are not responsible for shipments lost or damaged in transit. Damaged goods received must be reported to Studio Pandora within 48 hours of receipt. Refunds will be issued in the same method as the order was purchased. All returns should be shipped to Studio Pandora, 211 N. Higgins Ave. Missoula, MT 59802.
Payment Policy:
We accept payment by gift certificate, check, money order, and the following credit cards: Visa, MasterCard and American Express. Please do not include your credit card information in an e-mail form as this is not a secure method. If you choose to pay by personal check please make the check payable to "Studio Pandora" and send it to the following address: 211 N. Higgins Ave, Missoula, MT 59802.

If you choose to be added to our database, (option is given on the order form) we will notify you from time to time of special sales, new additions to our website or of a special event or show in your area featuring our jewelry.
