I was searching for a specific design for a surprise gift for a friend of mine using one of his prized elk ivories. After sending off several e-mails to various companies advertising hand-designed elk ivory jewelry, Studio Pandora was the only one who responded to me. Not only did they reply to my e-mail, they called me directly to make a suggestion. The transaction was very easy for me (even though I live in Pennsylvania). I simply sent the ivory to them and they promptly returned the jewelry. Everything was even more beautiful than I could imagine. The customer service was phenomenal.
